Italian, born and raised, travelled the world for a while, working in kitchens.
Never knew what to do with his life (attended a Industrial Mechanical Institute, graduated in Survey, attended the Cinema and Multimedia University, and the Culinary School ACT in Torino, Italy), now dedicated to bring entertainment, fun and quality products at Fire Cafe to people of all nationalities to meet and enjoy, here in Amemura, Osaka.

Travelled far, started from the bottom, creative and honest, far from being accomplished, but on the road to do it.
